What time will the flowers arrive for a delivery? If you have specified a timed AM or PM delivery, that is when delivery will occurr. Our couriers deliver throughout the day between the hours of 9am-6.30pm. We are always more than happy to deliver at a specified time - just tell us when upon ordering Back to Top
What happens if the recipient is not home when the flowers are delivered? As always, we try our best to deliver when you tell us the recipient will be home. If they are not home, we ensure all measures are in place to retain the vibrance of the flowers, for eg leaving the flowers in water in a secure location on the property, or leaving them with a neighbour with a delivery notice in the letterbox informing the recipient where the flowers are located Back to Top
